Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Arctic Fox security tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
